The war situation in Sudan has a toll on all Sudanese people, in and out of Sudan. While those who are physically in Sudan are living through the war atrocities, those of us who are in the diaspora are internalizing the suffering. These internal mental and emotional stresses and traumas can have severe invisible impacts if not recognized and managed early on.
