I am rolling my research life during my teaching works, in department of biophysics faculty of science and technology, My main goals in Liver lobule Modelling and simulation by fractal geometry, holomorphic functions, Bessel, Airy, since 2012 i do my Dynamical systems of Mandelbrot set modified to accept holomorphics complex functions to model and simulate a biological and physical world.
My research interest are listed:
o Biomedical imaging.
o Biomedical signals, EEG signal analysis, image analysis and processing.
o Biomedical instrumentation.
o Bio-mechanics and prosthetic.
o Bio-soft matter.
o Fractal analysis for medical images.
o Fractal dynamics, Holomorphic dynamics, Mandelbrot set Julia set.
o Algorithms development in fractal geometry Mandelbrot set, Julia set, Glynn set, and Newton set.
o Experimental and theoretical in bio-physics liver lobule, modeling and simulation.
